Loan Officers everywhere are looking for ways to get in front of Realtors in todays competitive market. Old School is back, don’t put all your eggs in the basket on the INTERNET, the Coffee Club is real and it works..

We have been using the Coffee Club for years to grow our Mortgage business and Realtor relationships and we have continued to use it for other business as well. It just flat out works.

I get it, we were in the midst of the hay day of the mortgage business for years, we didn’t need to do much, clients and new loans rolled right through the front door daily. TIme’s have changed, the last year has been Hell for many, but here are many that are thriving, so what are they doing that others aren’t? You need to find ways to get Referral Partners to want to come and hang out with you, you see I am not saying “Meet with you,” The Coffee Club is a hang out, relationship building and shop talk when appropriate event. As much as we all want Referral Partners to send us business, the part we forget is it starts with a relationship, just hang out and talking, learning about family, life, etc. Now let’s see how to get started with your Coffee Club.
